We develop a general purpose continuous-process programming language and operational semantics. It has several nice properties, the most important of which is a natural notion of parallel composition. Even discrete programs, can be given a semantics in this style, and then inherrit this natural notion of parallel composition. We focus on the example of a probabilistic programming language in which mixtures generate probabilistic graphical models.
